Dear all! We released Free Download Manager 2.3 BETA 6. Here’s the full what’s new list:

I tried it, and it’s not good. Some downloads came corrupted (I lost 0.5Gbytes), and I can’t blame anything else than the Download Manager.
When it’s still a beta, I will use 2.1, and I recommend YOU to use 2.1 too.

How does FDM behave, compared to Orbit downloader? Will you try to compete or to keep it more essential?
Maybe you can make a lite version which JUST downloads files, no advanced features, no user opinions or stuff… keep it simple!

It’s good for me, I had a problems before with Flash Get. After that I am using FDM. But the program works with M.Vista much better than XP_SP 2. Thank you very much guys! All the best.

How can I import metalink downloads?

2 Juergen: You can do it in the same way you do usual downloads.

Hi! Is the problem finally fixed, that some php redirections fail and download only the download.php? That would be the most important fix for me at the moment
