Open main FDM window, go to "Site manager" tab, right click the site you want to edit and select "Site properties" from context menu.
Now you can see "Site properties" dialog window - in "General" tab mark "Login is required" and fill in user and password fields.
In "Advanced" tab mark for what protocols your credentials are valid (e.g. FTP or HTTPS). You can mark also "Valid for subdomains".

When creating new download, mark "User name and password are required" and fill in user and password fields in "Add download" dialog window.

Hi,

Going over the forum and trying several things, I still don't understand how to download a file from an ftp that requires login/password or how to site explore it. Filezilla seems to handle this site very well.

Retrieving files shows only a "pub" directory which is visible when not using login/password
I keep getting "extended error".
Tried both passive and not passive mode
remove the temporary check-mark

Any advices?

Thanks,
Beery
