1. Find your torrent in download list.
2. Right click the torrent name and choose "Download properties" from context menu.
3. Go to "Seeding" tab, unmark "Enable seeding" and click OK.
4. Restart FDM.
It should prevent from file data uploading but control data exchange cannot be fully stopped. There will always be some packets sent (uploaded) to other computers in order to keep download alive.

I should have been more clear, I mean I deselected the seeding option at the torrent screen, but I still see that second download speed. There is X Kb/s; X KB/S on my screen. I'm not sure what that means, but I assume it's seeding. How do I stop it, it continues even beyond hitting no.

Is there an option to modify the flow of seeding in torrents?
