I can tell the same.

In my system, I cannot run FDM3.8 beta 4.
I get a fatal error just after install, (even before the END of setup), when the setup try to run fdm for the first time.

Every time I try to run fdm 3.8 (after install) I get the same fatal error.

I then uninstall fdm, and it gives the same fatal error, at the very beggining of uninstall. However, after the fatal error, uninstall run to the end and really removes all files.

I try fdm 3.8 beta 4 in another system (XP PRO SP3 + IE8), it run OK. I don't know in what is it my system different since it is also XP PRO SP3 + IE8. So to systems, equal OS and Explorer, but in mine I get Fatal errors everywhere, in the other one it runs OK.

I've already sent the mail's with the dump files.

The current stable version 3.0, does install well, run OK, but no matter what I do, it lost the ability to monitor and intercept IE8 downloads.

P.S.: normal FDM (non-beta) works ok
