Have you tried to change bittorrent settings to use port 80? In most cases there are just standard bittorrent ports blocked, because stateful packet filtering requires much more power (more expensive hardware).

after many many months of research, i found out that my network is responsible for blocking all my torrent download. i can download all streaming videos, mp3, application but only if it is not a torrent file.

Yes, I'm having exactly the same issue - downloading a video with 2686 seeds, however FDM is showing 0 connected. Tried the same torrent using uTorrent, and instant connection with high download speeds and maximum number of seeds...!

i already uninstall this FDM application and install again a couple of times but still got the same result. i already try fdm3.0, 3.7, 3.8 BUT still got no progress.

help, im using 3.8 FDM right now and my problem is, 2 weeks ago i can easily download torrent files, but now its very hard. when i download flash video files from any website its very fast unlike before, very slow. but when it comes to torrent files any high seeded and high leeched torrent cant hardly begin or if it start, its very slow,
Ex: i downloaded IRON MAN 2 yesterday seeder; 1731, leechers; 170 and i have zero connected.

any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks
