There are proper settings on your pictures and they work for me.
I'm afraid there's something broken with your connection or with your system config. The most probable reason is connection through proxy/cache - it may be misconfigured transparent proxy of your ISP, proxy set in your browser or directly in FDM, it may be also misconfigured antivirus software or some misbehaving internet security suite.

EXCUSE please.

I FOUND IT, how to * here it is:

USING BUILD 3.8-1173

I often need to downlaod files with their origin date they have on server.
As this screenshot picture shows, the settings are un-checked.

But as downloaded it shows me the current date form this evening for example. ... .1.exe.asc

On Server it says 1 KB
21.12.2011 00:41:00

But locally downloaded it has 4.2.2012
What goes wrong there?

a check or UNcheck has no effect on the file date.

Can someone fix this, please?

Thanks - a good Program.
