Hello,

First of all, this is one of the best download managers out there so thank you so much for this hard work.
i was thinking about this features from while ago but i didn't found it in any download manager, sometime i start download and i leave the PC and go out for example but i don't like to bother any other persons who share the internet connection with me, so i ask this feature :) and i hope you can do it soon or at least schedule it :) .

- Network Activity monitor :
Just like monitoring the browser activity then reducing the traffic by specific percent or to move by one level, You will monitor the network ARP table ( i think ) and getting it every 5 minutes (for example) and if there is a specific internal IP (192.168.1.xxx) then reduce the traffic (just like the browser thing) .
OR
we can put a list of the IPs that we like FDM to monitor (without getting the full table, Less time) and then take the decision .

- Limit the traffic on the fly ( for individual files) :
put an feature in the downloading dialog to control the limitation of the downloading in KB or MB for example not by percent and this can override the limit modes (light, medium and heavy modes) maybe another check box for the overriding thing will be more useful .

i hope you can think about this features because the first one is so useful for a high range of people and the second feature is in the IDM and i use it a lot but i like to use FDM so i miss this feature and it's easier than the modes thing.

Best Regards,
EgMarvelous :) .
