Downloads always say complete after 47.1kb

Hi

Anything i download always stops afet 47.1kb.
I have tried changing the maximum download size to 3000MB but it still does not work and the next time i download something it has reverted back to the default 300kb
Am i doing something wrong?

Are you sure it is for every download from all possible sites? Or maybe it is only for some file hosting sites?
