I have an entry on "dl1.mangatraders.com" with a connection limit of 1 in Site Manager, and I am already downloading a file from that server. When I add another download with a link that redirects to "dl1.mangatraders.com", it doesn't enforce the max connection limit.
I am using FDM 3.8 b1173 on Win XP SP3.
