I would love to rightclick a download and select "When Done > Rename & Move...". This would popup a 'Save As' dialog allowing me to select folder & new name for the file to be moved to when downloading has finished. You'd probably could execute the action using the standard "Explorer"
Move/Copy APIs.

One could also expand this feature, and add "When Done > Unpack & Move Result...". This would unzip/unrar the download (waiting for the the entire set) and move the unpacked files to a destination folder. But I'd hold on implementing this feature and try adding suggestion #1 before; just to see if ppl are interested.

You can use "Perform virus check" option in Settings | Download | Essentials. Just define any software you need instead of AV software from pulldown list.
