To use the FDM with WINE on Ubuntu or another Linux distro, just do as in this tutorial http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/board/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=15427, and thanks to the FDM 3.8, there is no more the error who freeze the program ! ! ! ! ! Developers, thanks for FDM ! ! ! !

At the moment, the 3.8 RC versions, are not compatible....

At this moment, the last stable version (3.8 build 1173), is fully functional with WINE, tested in Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric). Have fun ! ! ! ! !

At the momente FDM ver. 3.9 build 1249 is compatible, with minor errors in WINE... Tested in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Precise Pangolin... Have fun with Linux !
