After setting the Default download folder to an alternate location,the groups that are normally created after a file is downloaded are not created. Reverting back to the default location, the download groups are also not created.

How do I reset the program so the download location will create the default folders and new ones please.

Setting default download folder works like reset for all downloads in all groups. There is no option to skip folder resetting for any (sub)group, so you should better set default folder once, then set folders for your groups and use alternate location only for "Other" group.
