Here is the update for 3.0 version of Free Download Manager.

Version 3.0.870. Changes:

[+] Option: Check if a new download is the mirror for existing one

Hi! nice, a new version, but there's a bug that is not fixed in this version.
When you add a new download, if the file alredy exists on disk, then the window that pops-up asking what to do DOES NOT APPEAR in the foreground, it appears in the background and you are left wondering why nothing happens. This window should have an "always on top" property.

Also, if you use an additional extension for incomplete downloads, then the window I mentioned above doesn't appear until the file has been downloaded, thus wasting time. In my case, I use .fdm as an additional extension, so if I'm downloading "file.zip" and "file.zip" already exists, then FDM should check if file.zip exists an NOT if "file.zip.fdm" exists.
Once the file has been downloaded, only then fdm checks if the file exists, it should check BEFORE starting the download and it should check for the final file name, not for the incomplete (temporary) one.
Imagine waht happens with big files.
This is an old bug, I had hopes it would have been fixed in this version...but it wasn't.
