When we want to compare car insurance, it'll be helpful to have a tool (such as this) available. This demo teaches you how to use the comparison tool.

There are three sections you have to fill in to use this tool properly - you have to fill in your personal information, your vehicle (automobile) information and lastly your car insurance (aka motor insurance) information.

For each field in each category, the insurers will give certain points according to their claims experience. For example, if they have paid out lots of claims for Honda automobiles, they'll give all Honda quotes a high point so the premiums will be higher. This is the way insurers manage their risk.

There are a few factors that influence the price most. They are insured age, vehicle make and model, as well as claims history.

For young and inexperienced drivers, premiums will be high. This is well-known. Also, if the vehicle make and model is a turbo, sports, cabrolet. etc.. model, the car insurance premiums will be higher. Finally, if you have lots of claims in the past 3 years, you'll definitely attract very high car insurance costs.
