| I paid for and downloaded this program from you. I am not pleased with the results. After following the directions and using many DVD's to do so, the final copy turns out to be about an inch tall and wide once played on a tv or dvd player. What good is this to me? I'd like to get my money back or AT LEAST A RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS THAT I HAVE BEEN SENDING!! I know that someone is reading this, and I'd sure appreciate a response. Look back in your records for my email address....around December of '06....you'll see that you received payment. Please help me out. kcnoodle@cox.net |
