This includes each monthly payment and how much is going to pay for interest and how much is going towards paying of the loan or building home equity. You can then edit individual payments. You can edit a number of payments to see what happens if you pay a bit more each month or even just a single payment if you want to see the results of a single additional payment. This can help you to plan about when your loan could be paid off. Please note that your mortgage lender will have an exact payoff and details, this software will just give an estimate.
