| The product is just a viewer for files generated with RationalPlan Project Management Software suite. That is why you can not do anything with it except opening and viewing files. |

| I have downloaded this so called program and unless I am doing something really very stupid it would appear to me that it isn't possible to do ANYTHING with it at all. The crucial factor is that there is no way to start a new project. There is no option in the "File" menu. It is not even greyed out, it simply doesn't exist at all. I tried the only available option, other than "Page setup", which is "Open" and since I don't have any of the relevant files it availed me nothing. Please either provide me with some guidance. |
