Tabata timer is a timer designed for tabata interval training. The timer is easy to use and free of charge. The graphical interface is very easy to use, just choose the amount of rounds you want to do and press start. Tabata timer has been developed with java so you need java to run it. The timer should work on any operating system that has java runtime environment installed. It has been tested on winxp, win7, win2000, linux and mac osx.
