Task List Guru is a free task list organizer ideal for personal task management and small project management. You can organize not just tasks, but also task lists, notes and reminders. The free task manager has a hierarchical task list tree with icons that allows you to organize all your todo lists and notes in a structure with icons. You can choose from 48 different colorful icons - this makes using this organizer fun.

| Good alternative or supplementary to MS outlook as you can drag & move the task items up and down, which is not available is ms-outlook. Also tree view is not there in MS outlook, but here it is. The best thing about it is that it's simple with not too many features to confuse you and it has the most basic essentials which are enough for managing tasks and hence, simple and easy to use. I am going to use it for quite some time unless there are some short comings I note. For the time being it's great tools |
