| Epb is a tool for sending crafted ethernet packages or captured data. Packages are specified in human readable text file or in binary capture file. No GUI offered, hence not many libraries needed. Understanding and customizing code is easy. Epb can read captured data in libpcap (tcpdump, wireshark etc), snoop (SUN's sniffer) or .cap (Microsoft's netmon versions 1 and 2).
