Fire meditation. The Bates method provides ways and guidelines for relieving the strain and restoring the natural, relaxed seeing that the eyes are always capable Seeing Auras. To see the aura you have to be able to relax and concentrate, at the same time, and there is a trick to focusing the eyes in a special way.
