| Their phone goes unanswered.
Their emails go unanswered.
When you finally do get a response (this has happened once), they are irate that you are upset about their lack of service.
Is there another company that does this that is in business? |

| Our software has an interface to surfsimple's calling center. For 2 years, it worked perfectly. Since spring 2006 it has disappeared. Their web site locks you out, and our users have no access to the money they deposited with them. They don't respond to email, calls, etc. |
