Delphi Diet Tool is for tracking charting,measuring,and analyzing your diet needs. Calculates your calorie needs based on your personal body and age information. Forecasting of weight loss based your own personal information is possible. Clicking on 1 pound, will tell you how many calories a day to eat, to loose a pound in a week. A compensation for activity level, is provided in the personal data section of the program. The help section provides a description of what each part of the program does. The built in browser can take you to the USDA's huge 10,000 food idem data base. Also a Swiss food data base is provided. This section of the program can be updated without a program update, as its external source is on the net. Two chart buttons let you see a months results at a time. Clicking on any day will pull that data for viewing. Your loss since start of the diet is displayed in the results panel. BMI category is the WHO-CDC over age 18 based structure.
The Mifflin equation is used for metabolic calculations.
