File Shredder Pro (Delete Files Permanently) is advanced file shredder software that lets you permanently delete files from your PC, shred free space, empty and shred Recycle Bin. Your hard drive stores every file you've ever deleted - everything from private documents to Internet history files, from movies and music you downloaded to your emails. All information can be easily recovered. When you delete files, Windows does not delete files from the disk - it only deletes 'references' to these files. Deleted files are easily recoverable even if you formatted your hard drive. Don't want anybody to be able to restore your deleted files? Now you can permanently delete files! File Shredder Pro lets you shred files without any chance of recovery. File Shredder Pro is integrated with Windows Explorer so you can easily shred files and folders by right-clicking on the selected files/folders and selecting 'Delete Permanently' option from Windows Explorer popup menu. Also you can configure File Shredder Pro to use any of built-in shredding algorithms or create your own shredding algorithm that meets your particular requirements. File Shredder Pro uses 14 built-in shredding schemes including Peter Gutmann, DoD 5220.22-M, DoD 5220.22-M (E), DoD 5220.22-M(ECE), B Schneier, German VSITR, US Army AR380-19. With File Shredder Pro you can shred sensitive data from PCs, removable disks, USB-flash drives, memory sticks, flash memory cards, picture cards, etc. While shredding File Shredder Pro changes files/folders names, files size and files date (creation/last modify/last access) so it is impossible to find the original names, size and dates of deleted files.
