For example, the user can estimate a project by either breaking the project up into 10 phases, or simply bid the project as one estimate. Estimating by phase lets the user choose to propose sub-tasks of the entire project. Therefore, if the customer chooses only a subset of a proposal, the user can simply generate a new proposal with just that subset. The software also allows the user to define up to 6 different labor types and rates, has a database for subcontractors and operational values, and comes with a user-defined summary page.
