It can be made with any file manager (Explorer, Windows Commander, e.t.c), which supports the Windows context menu with "Send To" item. HSLAB Text2SMS adds in the "Send To"menu item "Mobile Phone As SMS". Simple right click on file and select "Send To"->"Mobile Phone As SMS".
