Works, but only uses overseas proxies resulting in browser loading problems. Support at the developer does not exist

Hide IP Platinum - Rubbish avoid at all costs!!! 2006-05-23
Since the moment i purchased "Hide IP Platinum" it has not worked, the support team has been very unsupportive indeed! That was when they did reply back to me, weeks later! Surprise, surprise I asked for a refund as this product doesn’t work as the description stated, and now my emails just bounce back from them! (Saying their mailbox is full) Don’t bother with “Hide IP” the trial free version is totally different to the paid version! Since they instantly took the funds out of my account for something that isn’t as described and blocked my email address when I asked for a refund, all I can say is they are THIEVES and everybody should avoid them at all costs!
