KeyFour Restaurant is a restaurant management software. Waiters enter orders using pc or handheld device. Chefs process the orders in the kitchen and update order status. Waiters print out checks for customers at checkout. Cashiers collect payment from the customers. Any number of computers can be connected. Especially Pocket PC 2003. Have banquet and catering reservation functionalities. Alarm will sound when a new reservation arrival. Cook right after ordering, waiters don't have to get in the kitchen. Auto refresh kitchen page, which shows all orders waiting for cooking. Dishes are grouped by departments for better organizing. Use Dish ID and abbreviation for fast ordering. Can setup serving time for customers, when the time pass, the system will submit the order to the kitchen automatically. All calculations will be done by the system, the bill will be ready when customer ready to leave. Record takeout customer's address, so you don't have to enter it next time. Orders can be printed to kitchen. Kitchen alarm will sound to signal new a order is arrived. You can concentrate on your job without delay processing new orders. The system uses open architecture design, which enables you to create HTML order pages. By putting dish images on the page for customers to browse, and order a dish by clicking on the image. Can search all old order records and download into Microsoft Spreadsheet. Image rotation order feature.From a set of rotated images, clicking the images to order.
