MailBee WebMail Lite is an easy-to-install web-based email interface. It's built as a FREE set of ASP scripts with full source code and is powered by MailBee Objects. Users can receive, view, manage, compose and send email through web-interface (POP3 and SMTP supported). Supports multiple attachments, ESMTP, skins, web-based administration. Correctly and safely displays HTML mail. All ASP scripts may be modified or used "as-is".
