PIA-Service Manager is a pay-per-use Internet Connection Management System that allows operators to offer fee based connections to Internet. It runs as a Windows 2000 service and only allows Internet access to client terminals that have been authenticated. PIA-Service Manager supports a wide variety of authentications including credit cards, member accounts and PIN-activated prepaid cards.
