RECORDS is a FREE, multi-user, problem oriented, database and word processing report writer, optimized for data entry using voice recognition, and designed for medical care. Enter and maintain clients and their demographics, create new or update past problems of a client, edit multiple description sections for each problem. Add a new problem, or update a past problem, to build for each client, a 2 dimensional tree of the most recent problem records and the updated past problem entries. Print or export a variety of note styles, and print orders or prescriptions. Search the database for anything entered. Use the report writer to design your own output, like letters or documents, and incorporate into your reports, editor and client demographics, problems and their descriptions. Create macros and templates. View or print layperson, or expert, information on any problem. This program ALSO is available with a FREE, integrated, appointment scheduler and a paperless office system.
