| I purchased this program, and was contacted for renewal, as the credit card I paid for it had expired. I was also told that the ALTERNATIVE for renewing was to sign on to a new poker site and receive my license free for another year. As an ALTERNATIVE is an OPTION, I took the option to renew, as I did not want to open another account at another poker site.
I did not want to open another account, and they did not offer me a way to update the credit card information securely. I tried contacting them several times to do this.
I was finally contacted and told that I COULD NOT RENEW, THAT I MUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AT A NEW POKER SITE!
I am very angry and frustrated with this. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND IT'S SOFTWARE! |
