Provide CSV, xls rates link to vendors ( reseller / wholeseller/ Partners).
You can give your xls, csv rates links to your clients, resellers, wholesellers and partners and this link will show your rates. You don't need to update your links periodically as your rates updates in your system rates in these links will also updates.
Calculate rates from different vendors and send best rates to own rate sheet.
You can calculate rates from different providers and then script will calculate each rates for each type of client you have set like reseller, client, wholesellers and make rates for them automatically and shows then in form of link or in their account.
Automatic Rate update alerts.
Script will send email alerts to your customers/ resellers / wholesellers as soon as your rates in your rates sheet changes and in email they will see which rates are changed and also when your vendors rates are modified you will get email alerts too.
