The filter is intended for video frame rate up-conversion. It increases the frame rate integer times. It allows, for example, to convert a video with 15 fps into a video with 30 fps.
The filter performs motion estimation and compensation in a video stream. It allows to show macroblocks' partition and motion vectors as well. The performance of the filter can be configured setting parameters in a dialog box. The filter also supports job control, which allows to use it in the AviSynth utility.
