PC TimeWatch is a tool for managing the time that people spend on a computer (including Internet) tand the programs they may use. While originally designed for parents, it also can be useful in the workplace. It allows you to specify how much time a Windows session may be running for a given period of time. It also allows you to define time allowances for specific programs as well as time slots outside of which the restricted program may not run.
