Good and always getting better. I managed to corrupt my database three time using older versions with the old database software (not an issue now! They fixed it!) I emailed it to them and they sent it back to me repaired in 15 minutes each time!!!!! The only other issue I have had took a whole 24 hours to respond. It was an issue with an installation mistake I made, on my end! Can't say enough about these guys other than I wish they released this before I payed $5000 for crippled, partial functionality software from Mpulse Software. I deleted it and am now fully functional and waiting eagerly for the 3.0 release. Open source just keeps getting better and better (they use Open Source components) Trying to get them to go Open Source with there whole system. Yes! I am in touch directly with the developers, they fixed my problems directly!
