| I looking for a system to use as a call announcer. One would call into the system and dictate information. Must be accessible via remote phone. When completed, it would be set to answer position via code. Others will call a number and get the recorded information. What of your products does this. Messages might be up to 4 miniutes long. Need this information ASAP. Please respond either way. Thanks

| We used the IVM system for a customer for two years.
It worked well, but when we wanted to change the OGM(outgoing voice message) it would frequently say "your trial period has expired - you need to purchase a reg key" despite the fact that we had done so, and registered it.
We kept having to pay $128.00 for the "small interactive system" in order to change the outgoing voice message.
We also found that if you update the software, you will get the same message" your trial has expired..."
Technical support is very very restricted - they even restrict emails - you simply can't get through. Finally, once you've registered & activated, that's it - you cannot use the same activation codes again!!. As a result we have abandoned the system |
