Zekr es un plataforma abierta para investigar en el Sarado Korán. Este es un proyecto basado en el Korán, planeado para ser universal, código abierto, aplicación de multi-plataforma para realizar la mayoría de las referencias más usuales al Korán. La principal idea es la de construir una plataforma tan genérica como sea posible que sea capaz de tener diferentes adiciones para completar sus tareas.

excellent tool for qur'an studies but needs more direct zoom function

This is a wonderful tool for study and reference.
It would be so much more convenient if it had a zoom function to raise and lower the font sizes, similar to what is found in browsers such as Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Cross-Platform Java - great choice

with all the Quran programs that exist out there and with many of them chained to Micro$oft Windows, its great that the application is written in Java making it effectively cross-platform. My first impressions are very good especially with the optional import of other translations.The legibility of the Arabic is actually clearer than many other programs that I've used. The research focus is good as essentially it is the text and not the Qirat that you are focusing on. If possible one feature I would love to see nis the ability to search by Arabic root (for example in arabic seen, jeem and dal for masjid). If not this will still now be my program of choice. jazakallah khair.
