Software hangs after install and crashes on uninstall  |

| I tested this application on a Windows 7 Pro machine with full admin rights. The software hangs on first execution at the Locating Wi-Fi Adapter splash screen. After several attemps to use this software, I then tried to uninstall it. The uninstaller crashed twice while trying to send my uninstall comments to the developer. This software clearly needs some work.

| System: XP Professional, Dell E1705 platform, 1 GB memory, Standard Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite 7.0.462 (No other known apps running at time of installation)
During the initial installation, received the following:
Error C:\WINDOWS\system32\oleaut32.dll
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5
Access is denied.
(I have this file dated 5/27/2007, 537KB in the referenced directory.)
Options for abort, retry, and ignore presented, and I chose abort. I will not retry without further direction from you.
