Product is okay. Support is pathetic! |

| While the product is okay, webScribble support is painful and unconcerned. Once they have you buy the product, they just don't care. I bought a paypal plugin about 100 hours ago and I still can't get it to work right. When i contacted sales, they threw their hands up and suggested that the only way is to contact the Support team - which hardly responds to you. I raised a ticket with the complete problem description and some supporting reasons too. I get a totally unrelated response. If they even cared to read what I wrote, their response would put them to shame. I regret my association with webScribble. I still have about some 40 open support tickets - including my paypal plugin installation which i bougt 4 days ago. Unfortunately, there is no way to reach higher ups. Or don't they care about it themselves? Don't they know their support is ZERO?? Sigh...Since i put in my money, there is little that i can do but wait. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND WEBSCRIBBLE TO ANYONE EVER! |
