Key Text 3.06 is a compact automation utility that is designed to minimize your efforts when working with different types of texts. After installation, the program can be activated through the system tray where it docks quite comfortably. The software features the right-click and the left-click menus. Our testing has proved that it would be more beneficial for users to begin with the left-click menu, which is basically a list of so-called items. It contains a number of samples that come in handy to study how the program works. Just click item A and follow the instructions.
The opportunities of Key Text are quite impressive. The software is actually a text storage, which enables you to type or paste the texts into any application you are running, from simple Word Processors to e-mail programs. Moreover, Key Text provides new features such as Trigger Text, 'right click anywhere' feature that opens the software anywhere you want it to and Smart Search, through which you can for instance write an e-mail without running an e-mail program before that.
