Any businessperson wants his or her business to be flourishing, which is impossible without an effective personnel management. Task Actions is two-in-one software that can give you a clear overview of your company’s departments, employees and tasks given to everyone, including yourself.
To start working with the program, first you need to launch Task Actions Server, through which you can manage employees and departments. The program requests typing in detailed personal information, such as birthdays, e-mails, addresses and employee info, but actually you can skip some fields. What comes to department management, there users can specify the structure of their company and positions in it. What comes in very handy is that you can ascribe a position to a particular employee and then its name and the mane of the department will be displayed in the employee management window.
The other part of the software is Task Actions Client, where you can set tasks and control their fulfillment. All the tasks are comfortably divided into your own tasks, employees’ tasks and department tasks. The description of each task includes its status, priority, progress, start date, deadline and the name of the manager who is responsible for it. If you see that some department or employee is procrastinating fulfilling a task, you can send them an e-mail message just by clicking the corresponding button in the toolbar.
On the whole, Task Actions deserves praise for its possibility of economizing managerial effort.
